  • The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

  • Clear photo or video evidence of the damage or fault is required for verification.


💰 Refund Policy:

  • A refund will only be issued if a replacement is not available.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 working days after approval.
